All payments will be through PayPal. I will send an invoice including these TOS mentioning by purchasing you agreed to these terms.

No chargeback without notice

You may not sell the character for more than you bought for unless extra art is added.

You can do a payment plan for however long. But you must pay at least a 10 USD downpayment (NON-REFUNDABLE).

IF you do a payment plan, all payments (big or small) are non-refundable and will be paid through F&Fs to prevent chargebacks. This is to avoid backing out. Please discuss with me how long it will take for you to pay off the character.

You can back out of buying a character, but all payments sent are non-refundable and the character still belongs to me.

If you resell please notify me! I might want to buy the character back or just know in case of theft of the character.

Violating any of these terms you will be blacklisted and a beware will be made of you, UNLESS I pardon you for these rules.

You must send your side of the trade first!

You must provide some proof of owning the character that you are trading.

You may not trade or sell the character from me for more than it's value, unless extra art is added.

IF trading art for a character you can not take longer then two months.

If trading art for a character and you need to cancel, all finished pieces of art will be considered a gift.

If you resell please notify me! I might want to buy/trade the character back or just know in case of theft of the character.
